(a)After every 50 hours' operation, water in the oil-water separator should be let off. Besides, remember to check and start battery electrolyte;

(b)After 200 to 300 hours' operation, do not forget to check valve lash and oil atomizer;

(c)Every 400 hours' operation, driving belt needs to be checked and regulated, and exchanged if necessary. Otherwise, check and clean radiator core fin and exhaust silt sullage in the fuel tank;

(d)Lubrication oil and lubricating oil purifier should be changed after every 600 hours' operation. According to quality of lubricating oil, fuel sulphur content and lubricating oil consumption, frequency of the unit to change the oil cycle is different;

(e)Exchange oil-water separator and fuel filter during every 800 hours' operation;

(f)After every 1200 hours' operation, get valve lash regulated and have a completely cleanness of radiator water tank chip and water pipelines;

(g)Check oil atomizer and completely check, clean turbine blower and have a wholly inspection on the Generator Sets after 2400 hours' operation. Keep in mind what mentioned above, which is good for preservation of Deutz Generator Sets and keep a long life expectancy of deutz diesel generators.
